Charleston's Director of Human Resources and Payroll provides internal customer service for the 130 full-time employees. In addition to providing assistance with all employee-related matters, the department handles the payroll for all employees.

The Director can be found in City Hall (520 Jackson Avenue) from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
