Report issues to City Officials

The City of Charleston has adopted a service request tool called SeeClickFix to help residents report non-emergency, quality-of-life issues. To report an emergency, please call 911.

Residents can click on the interactive map to precisely pinpoint and describe the issue, such as Graffiti, Potholes, Drainage, Signals / Signs, Parks / Recreation, Water / Sewer, Garbage or Other.  The appropriate City of Charleston staff will be alerted and a response coordinated to ensure satisfactory resolution.

Residents may click on an issue to indicate their agreement with the request, make additional comments, follow the issue, or share their concern with fellow residents.

How it works:

If you'd like to use your computer to report an issue:

  1. Drag the map marker to the location of your issue or type in its address
  2. Choose a category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue and fill out the required fields
  3. Click "Report your Issue"

If you'd like to use your smart phone to report an issue, download the SeeClickFix App using your iPhone, Blackberry, or Android phone.
